*ISTE 2012 AFFILIATE ROOM BLOCK DEADLINE REMINDERS*
Important Notes:
• All unused rooms in your block will be released for general sale on March 29, 2012, unless specific alternative arrangements have been negotiated with ISTE.
• Reservations processed on your group’s behalf can be adjusted or cancelled without penalty through 5:00 p.m. EST on April 11, 2012.
• Reservations cancelled after 5:00 p.m. EST on April 11, 2012, will be assessed a $150 cancellation fee, unless specific alternative arrangements have been negotiated with ISTE.
• Beginning June 7, 2012 all cancellations, changes, new reservations need to be sent to the hotel directly. Any reservations cancelled with the hotel are subject to a hotel cancellation fee according to each individual hotel policy.
If you have any questions concerning this process, please do not hesitate to contact me. You can also contact me directly to receive information about the status of your block. I will send a reminder in midMarch, prior to the reservation cut-off date.
